Client Two: My experience with Isabel was a pleasant one. I located Isabel's contact information one Friday morning on my online search of a new home. I gave Isabel a call. She was very kind and details when explaining what she does. By the end of the conversation my husband and I had an appointment to meet with Isabel the very next morning. During the phone conversation with Isabel I only gave her the minimal details of what I wanted in a home. The next day Isabel took us around to tour homes in our area. As we toured the first home I was amazed. During the tour of the first home I leaned over to my husband and said, "she really hit the nail on the head." In all, that day we visited about four homes, all of which met or exceeded our expectations.

Once we decided on a home Isabel was very helpful in giving advice on what we should do, keeping in touch with us and answering our many questions. Isabel kept in touch with me and informed me of all updates she received. Isabel stayed on top of things and finally our offer was accepted. Isabel called me as soon as she spoke to the agent. Throughout this process Isabel has been very helpful. She has been available to answer my every call, she was great at picking out a selection of homes for my family to tour, and she was very patient and knowledgeable of the entire process.
